All you need to "qualify" for a home visit is:  

·   To have a special pet  

·   To live in East or West Sussex, UK   

·   To pay at the time of the visit (cash & credit/debit cards accepted)  

 

 

 

 

To make an appointment: 

If you would like to make an appointment for an un-stressful home visit, all it takes is a call - or an email if less urgent.  

   

We usually have available appointments same day- or within 1-2 days if non-urgent. We aim to arrive at your door within the 3 hour timeslot we give you when you book the appointment. Should we unexpectedly be delayed outside this three hour "appointment window", we prioritize always calling ahead as soon as we know, so you know exactly when to expect us.
